We are recruiting new and experienced PhD economists with strong quantitative research skills, research design experience, and knowledge of important domestic public policy areas to join the Research, Monitoring, and Evaluation Capability team. As a member of the Research, Monitoring, and Evaluation Capability team, you will apply general and specialized knowledge of principles and concepts in the field of economics to conduct research, monitoring, and evaluation at the highest levels of quality and rigor to generate evidence-based insights. We offer a diverse and collegial environment and are dedicated to finding solutions to the most pressing research challenges in education, workforce, food and nutrition, housing and asset building, and children, youth, and families. .

Our work includes:
• Impact evaluation (randomized controlled trial experiments, quasi-experiments),
• Meta-analysis,
• Monitoring and surveillance,
• systematic evidence reviews,
• evaluation technical assistance,
• implementation and process studies, and
• community engagement and participatory research.

Our clients include the Administration for Children and Families, the Social Security Administration, and the U.S. Departments of Agriculture, Education, Housing and Urban Development, and Labor, as well as state agencies, foundations, and nonprofit organizations.
